I have a galaxy tab 3 ver. 4.1.2, need to know if there is anyone out there that can help me move apps to my sd card without a root, searched for hours but can't find an app that will help.

Well, I am sorry to say but there isn't any option to do that in 4.1.2 !! There's nothing you can do until you wait for the 4.2.2 update from the sammy :(

And sadly, once you make the jump to KitKat you'll be losing that ability again. In the push to cloud storage even Samsung is adopting Google's position on writing to the SD card. Basically, only system apps (Google and Samsung) can read and write to the SD card. All other third-party apps can only write to a sandboxed folder of their own. Unless you get root access and apply a fix!

@Fran Well, as currently you are on 4.3 means now you're having the ability to move the apps to SD card but once you got upgrade your self to the KitKat then I yes you are going to lose that too...:(

@Fran This might be the reason why I've been hearing from many users they wan't to postpone the KitKat update.
Here, look at this thread: https://www.nextpit.com/en/android/forum/thread/597014/Samsung-Galaxy-Note-3-How-to-Stop-KitKat-Update
and all the time I though that what's happening with the user's I want the update but I am not getting it in my tab. 8o
