Galaxy Note 3 keeps on restarting after KitKat update

I recently received the kit kat update and some strange things are now happening. My phone, ( Note 3 ), now restarts itself a minimum of 5 times a day. It could be in the middle of a call, while checking email, or just sitting on the table. PLEASE HELP....

Hi Kyle!

Apparently this is happening to a lot of Galaxy Note 3 owners who recently received the KitKat update.

Here are the solutions that I can suggest:
  • Take out the battery and reinsert it.
  • Try booting into recovery and wiping the cache partition
  • Do a factory reset by following the instructions on this page: How to factory reset the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. But use this as a last resort and make sure you not only back up your data with your Gmail account (you will see in the steps), but also use another app like G Cloud Backup, Super Backup, App Backup & Restore....
