No file was created in src and layout folder in my project

I had created an android application project. But there was nothing in src and layout folder. Now what can I do? Please help me.

You can add a package and a Java File manually. Also the layout XML you can create in the layout folder

I don't know it can be the result of a failed instalation for example the sdk or eclipse or adt.
