My Google play store is blocked, I don't know why google play store is blocked.

Please help me......

i don't know really about it, but i might be because of region specific i.e. the region where you are trying to use Google Play Store might be blocked by the carrier or ...??????? :O

As John Farrell said, it depends on your region. To help you, I'd need to know where you live. Also, some devices do not have Google Play installed (the cheaper tablets, for example). If you happen to be in a country where the store is banned, download the Market Enabler apk and install it. You may need to have a rooted device first, though.
