couldn't sign in Google play

when i logging my gmail acoount mobile say below error,

Can't establish a reliable connection to the server

This could be a temporary problem or your android device may not be provisioned for data services.if it continue, call customer care. <_<

just use 1mobile if you don't have google play. type onemobile on google, download it on your phone and install the apk.

you rooted device.
1.download ES file Explorer.
2.grand root access.
3.going to "/" path
4.search "hosts"
5.Going to Tools settings
6.long press root explorer
7.select "Mount R/W"
8.change permission to all to rw
9.edit hosts file
10.comment 127.242.5.252android.client.google.commtalk.google.com change to
#127.242.5.252android.client.google.commtalk.google.com
11.save file and reboot your device its work fine

its work my samsung galaxy s4 i9500

Well, I think this is a temporary problem you should wait a bit more or you can also try contacting the customer care but I still don't think they can help you out with this problem, because the problem looks like at your end since you device can't establish a reliable connection with the server. This might be a temporary error, or why don't you try restarting your device.
