Hi @Asraff, if you've got a Galaxy S3, you can't get the 4.2.2 update from Samsung as they decided to skip it and go straight for Android 4.3 which is rolling out right now (but causing lots of problems from what we hear). If you want Android 4.2.2 specifically you would need to flash a custom ROM on your phone.

well you can root your device!! or as the admin says you can directly upgrade to android 4.3
