I don't know what is Sony Ericsson and sony android? is it same organization? Please give me accurate answer.

Hey Nipun Ali,
Sony Ericsson is a joint venture between Japaneese Tech company Sony and Sweedish manufacturer Ericsson (Although I think it's all owned by Sony now, but keeps the name Sony Ericsson)
All modern Sony Ericsson phones run the Android OS from Google, which is what I think you mean when you refer to 'Sony Android'
I'm quite impressed with my tech knowledge today and it's only 9am here in Berlin! Any more questions let me know, I might be on a roll.
