AOKP has released the first Android 4.3 nightly ROMs for the Xperia V, have been using it for a few days now and it seems to be running smoothly. Go try it and let me know about your experience.

Update.

I have realized that some of my apps were force closing every time I opened them, now this wouldn't be a problem if they were apps that I didn't use frequently, but alas they were. I have reverted back to Cyanogen 10.1.3 stable and wait for a stable version of AOKP 4.3
