Hey,
I've got htc chacha mobile 2 months ago..
I was sleeping and when I woke up i could't turn on my mobile, i thought i must recharge it but also it couldn't be recharged..
when a put the charger the red flash light blinks as it need to be charged!, so i tried a new battery and new charger but the problem still exists!
I can't turn it on or perform a factory reset by using the hardware buttons..
I need a helpful answer as soon as possible,please
