HTC have started rolling out stock 4.2.2 upgrades to the HTC One. As usual with most manufacturers, the upgrade will follow a path to subsequent models, in HTC's case it'll be along the lines of; HTC Butterfly will start in 10-15 days, then a similar period for the One X+, then finally the One X (sorry, One S owners...). Also, the timescale will be dependant on your carrier, who will have to find ways to insert or modify their usual bloat into 4.2.2, so if you have a sim-free One X then you can probably expect the upgrade in about 45 days, whereas if your phone is (or was) sim-locked then you could be waiting for... a while. There are still some carriers who haven't upgraded to 4.1 yet, and probably never will. Obviously there are quite a few 4.2.2 custom roms, but if you want Sense5 with that then it'll probably be a Christmas present...
