If you've got a backup from prior the reset, restore it and you should be alright.

When you restore a factory reset on your HTC, all of your data will be gone, so, don't forget to backup your data before.

Don't think it's possible. Actually I believe there is a data recovery app in the market, you can use it

If you have backup to computer, just restore the backup. But just as other people say, you can not reverse.

Unfortunately, once you have performed a factory reset on your HTC Desire, it is not possible to reverse it and recover the data that was deleted. The purpose of a factory reset is to erase all data and settings on the device and restore it to its original state as if it were new out of the box.

However, if you had previously backed up your data to an external storage or to a cloud service, you may be able to restore some or all of your data from the backup. For example, if you had enabled Google Backup on your device, you may be able to restore some of your apps and data by signing in to your Google account on the device after the reset.

In any case, it is always recommended to regularly backup your important data to prevent data loss in case of unforeseen events such as accidental factory resets.

If you don't have a backup copy, it's unlikely that you'll be able to restore it.(
