How to lock focus while taking photos

In Honor magic 6 pro, can someone here tell me, how to manually lock the focus while taking a photo. While i press and hold at any point in the frame, there appears a square bracket and a ring inside it, with a pop-up dialogue '**drag the individual rings to adjust focus and metering separately**'.

Hey there! If you're using the Honor Magic 6 Pro, press and hold on the spot on the screen you want to focus on. When you see the focus and metering rings pop up, you can drag them around to get the focus and exposure. Once it is set, the focus will stay locked in place.
