I have an inbound Email action setup in a ServiceNow instance, however not all Emails sent by users to that Email address should be handled by that ServiceNow instance.

Is it possible to create an inbound Email action for the same Email address on a separate ServiceNow instance while keeping the original inbound Email action on the other instance? I would take care of adding the necessary filters to avoid duplicate tickets.

You can use sub-addressing to add extra information to the destination email address without changing where it will be delivered. For example, if your ServiceNow instance email address is abc@service-now.com, you can add data after the instance name by adding a +, followed by that extra information. This way, you can create different inbound email actions for different sub-addresses on other instances.

Or Use Exalate, a third-party tool that allows you to connect your ServiceNow instances and exchange data between them. You need to generate an invitation code on one end and paste it into the other. That creates a link between the two, which you can configure to exchange the desired data.
