how do i get the new fire 10HD to let the PC see its files?

On the PC all i see is FIRE.

no sub folders to paste a file into

Connect your Fire 10 HD to your PC with an USB cable. Then select the 'Transfer files' on the pop-up window. It is some like the screenshot as below.
