Full backup & restore of chats, after Whatsapp account has been deleted & recreated.

Hello,

Please help... I need to know if the following is possible in Whatsapp:

(1) Back up ALL my chats (with or without media) to a single back up file (which I'll transfer to an external storage device).

(2) Completely DELETE my Whatsapp Account.

(3) (At a future date) recreate my Whatsapp Account for the same mobile number.

(4) Using the backup file created in Step (1) fully restore all my chats prior to the account being deleted in step (2).

If the above is possible please could you provide step by step instructions.

I think you may transfer your WhatsApp to a new Android phone manually.
Check the FAQs on the official website of WhatsApp for more details about steps of backup & restore.

Alternatively, you can take advantage of some powerful WhatsApp chats transferring software, such as WhatsApp Transfer or dr. fone, to help you get the job done.
