I'm trying to install the "CkayTV" app. However every time it loads it keeps turning sideways like it's on a phone. Please help me with this problem. Whether I use the downloader, google chrome, or play store it keeps turning sideways. Is there something in the settings that needs changing?

You can contact the developer for help if you are sure that the app was downloaded from the official and reliable source, Google Play Store. Maybe there is some bug in that app.
