My Note 9 recently stopped fast charging on cable,Qi is OK, and the computer stopped recognizing it on cable too. I did all recommended software steps except factory reset. The factory reset worries me, is all my data safe somewhere? Will I be able to restore it? I even had a new USB port installed at a local shop. No love!
Can anyone advise me on next steps? I am not interested in replacement. The Note 9 more than handles my needs.
