I'm thinking of backup my text messages in my Gmail account to keep them safe for a long time even I change the device several times in my life. Is there a way to that? Recently, I found an app i the play store for this purpose. But currently, it doesn't support that service. Please recommend me an app or service for this.

As I know, SMS Backup+ can help us transfer text messages from Android phone to Gmail for backup. About the details, you can check this article. Actually, you can also transfer your text messages to a pc in HTML/Text for backup. Hope this will be your help.
