Hello, I am looking for an application with which it would make it easy for me to translate a page from Spanish to English. I don't mean Google translate similar apps. What I need is to be able to either watch the original page on the left and the translated one on the right or, to be able to transit from the original to the translated one with a gesture or a tap.

That is exactly what Google translate does. There is also Microsoft Translator and in the store you can find several more paid and free, good and so so.

I found spanish dict to be quite accurate. You should try that.
