Auto answer of calls and auto switching to loudspeaker

As a previous user of MS/Nokia Lumia , I'm missing those two functionalities, which were standard on Win10P.
To be clear , I'm looking for a way to auto answer to an incoming call and, if the phone is away from the ear ( proximity sensor off ), to automatically activate the loudspeaker. And to revert back if I place again the phone on my ear. None of the several apps in Google Play seems to work on Android One / ( Android 10 ) , as outlined in many of the feedbacks of those apps. Any suggestion ? Do I miss something in the std settings ?
It sounds strange to me that those 2 basic functionalities are missing....
