Hello:
I'm trying to add a new ringtone from an MP3 file. I go to Settings/Ringtone and scroll down to "add from device storage" when I click on this I get a window what shows my gmail address as well as my yahoo address. I click on this and then it goes to "My drive choose an item" then I clock and it shows, my drive, computers, shared with me, starred, and recent. No matter which I choose I can't find the file that i'm looking for, it's in my download folder. But it won't let me find it by doing what I mentioned above

Hope you all can help.
thanks
Hope you can

Is your MP3 file located on your device storage?

Did you get a window which shows your gmail address as well as your yahoo address? So weird.
Would you like to post the screen shots about your steps?

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

Very strange. It should show local storage. Anyway with a file explorer you should be able to move it to the ringtones folder and then set it as your ringtones when it is in the folder

Make sure the mp3 file is saved in internal memory before you can choose it as a ringtones
