Excuse me, i need help. I can't send message on WhatsApp, but I can receive messages, see the WhatsApp stories, answer call, and the other. Someone help me please

A few possible fixes:
-restart your phone, but you probably already did this;
-make sure you went through with the initial initiation process;
-try with more contacts, maybe you just saved the number wrong.

I know it is stating the obvious but uninstall whatsapp and reinstall it

Are you sure that you can't send message to any contacts or only some contact? Is it possible that you have blocked the contact by mistake?

Check more contacts on the WhatsApp, if all friends in the list is out of work, check the settings, log in your account in another device.
