Carrier Services

Hello again,

What would be the consequences of disabling Carrier Services on an Android phone?

I'm getting error messages that Carrier Services is having problems with Google Play Services.
Google wants access to everything, which I'm not prepared to give.

Carrier Services appears to have access to Camera, Mic and Phone already. The Play Store & updates are working normally.
