I am trying hard to make an application for inthemarket.ie but I am having an issue it's not adjusting to screen width for different android phones.

Which software are you using? Android Studio, Eclipse....
There are many online website, which helps you to make an apk without any handwork like genymotion, sketachware. .
Try different drawables for every screen density but this take time. So try ConstraintLayout
