Huawei Ascend Mate — Microphone problem in my Mate 10 phone

hello

i need a help from u guys . My mate 10 phone mic doesnt work with apps like Whatsapp wechat camera etc.. while it is working during call perfectly.
i checked the all permissions to access mic and it is no problem
i dont know if it need a factory reset .

please any idea ?
