pin lock?

My daughter forgot her pin code and we can't unlock it not even hard boot can someone help please send some help she is driving me crazy bout it;she got it at a hard sale and did not register the phone as well with I can't do a factory set cause I can't do a hard boot any other ideas please and thank you I will keep trying your two suggestion

The best advice is to call the phone manufacturer customer service or your mobile carrier explain to them what's going on. They will ask you a couple of security questions then email you the passcode.
Oh yea!
Tell them to email the passcode to your email address not your daughters!

Hi,

contact your provider, he can help out with a longer second code. You need this code to set up a new pin for the SIM card :)
