Warning... the file linked to in the above post tries to drop a trojan on the running PC.

Unzip it using the password they provide on the download site, and it contains an ISO file. Mount that ISO file and run the only file it contains (an .exe file, obviously)... it goes online to grab its payload, then attempts to install it on your PC and make about a half-dozen registry changes - none of that should be necessary for rooting an attached Android device, and if you have disabled all antivirus/malware protection, you're then infected.
