Well I Want your opinion on this subject (google developer account)

Hi there,
Two days ago i created Developer account and uploaded a test app. But when i want to delete that account and get refund they said me to first move this app to another account.
App is very simple with one activity (i was learning to use webview). I don't know any developers so i am stuck with the account.

Could you please move this app on your account for a fee? (offcourse after checking (its published on play by the way)

If anyone want to buy account just message me please.
