So, I have the note 9 for more than a day now and I can't find a way to move my chats to the note 9 including 2 3rd party aps i tried.
Did anyone succeed doing it? I'd love some help...

It's simple to follow these simple method to move chats.
Step 1: Back Up all your chats to your Google Account (Setting> Backups)
Step 2: On your new handset sign to the Google ID
Step 3: Now take your new handset and set up the account and click back up previous chats
Simple and easy. Happy Recover.

This is the steps to move chats from iPhone to note9:
Step 1. Go to "Setting > Chats > Chat backup > Back Up Now" to backup your iPhone WhatsApp messages.
Step 2. Uninstall WhatsApp on iPhone, then turn to Android.
Step 3. Run WhatsApp on Android and login to your WhatsApp account. When you see a message "Message Backup Found", don't hesitate to click "Restore" button to restore the backed up iPhone WhatsApp messages to Android.
