Is There an App or a Method for Setting Multiple Conditions on My Phone

When I ride my Harley what I would most like to do with my Samsung Note 5, is to say " hey google, Harley mode" and have the following happen,

1 backlight always on
2 media volume max
3 backlight brightness max
4 GoPro app initiated
5 ESR app initiated
6 Amazon music app initiated and last playlist initiated with random play.

Is this a pipe dream?

You need something like a batch program(.bat) in Windows PC. (smug):D

Have you heard of IFTTT? If not you should look into it. Its on the play store
