Android studio 3.1.3 speech to text

Question

Hello. 

I want to create a "speech to text" app. I've tried many apps from youtube, but none of them works. Can you recommend any source for HUAWEI P8 lite and Android 3.1.3.

I'd be happy if an app would work on an Android Studio on platform 23.  My default language is not English.

Maybe my question is stupid, I apologize, but I need to start somewhere.

Finally, I managed to run the "speech to text" app. Unfortunately, it works only in my mobile phone. The virtual device does not work. I assume there is a problem with language support or a microphone is not connected. Would anyone please advise me, please?

2. I think you should enable your AVD both to support speech recognition services and to have a microphone connected in order to collect your speech.

The application works on both devices. But on the virtual device only in English. The mobile phone works in two languages. Can I add support for a second language to android studio?
