General Question - determine cost of in app purchases for an app

Hello,

Since i have learned lately that app developer can determine specific price for each play store depending on country.
I would like to examine an app on the play store (i am not the developer) and see for it's in app purchase system in which country's is it served and for what price.

Is it possible ?
