I can't see incoming phone calls

Hi
I have a big problem! I can't see incoming phone calls on my Gear S3. I have seen it before but now I can't anymore. What can I do to fix it?

Hi Jennifer
Go to your apps manager and see if the notifications have been shut off for that app.
If that doesn't work try doing a restart of your phone!
