The Battery

Have for months dealing with issue ,Tablet owner myself have come to the conclusion that true apps can drain battery, look to developer who wrote the upgrade to the t-mobile app, have gone round and round with the teck support even troubleshooting to them my observations but falls opon deaf ears. There is no quick fix ha , been eight months and total wipe causes headaches, it's like a worm program!
