Samsung Galaxy Note 2 — just goes to the samsung note 2 screen now says downloading...

I tried where you hold the up and home buttons and then hold the power one, it came on to a screen that says downloading do not turn off target ... but it has been about an hr..... nothing has happened any ideas?

cant as that phone is the only way i had to do that . it simply has the android guy on a black background the words under him say DOWNLOADING. and under that it says do not turn off target.
