I have an Oukitel K6000. Phone calls are fine, but audio voice messages result in a very very low volume for recipient and also in the file left in my device. It happens the same when using WhatsApp calls but no when using WhatsApp video calls. I have uninstalled and reinstalled WhatsApp but these audio problem remain.

Thanks, Tony. Do you mean Android 6 software update, or you mean any other software? Please, be more specific.
I use to clear cache weekly, but I do not understand what I should disable and then re-enable in settings. I do not see a way to do that for cache.

There are 2 points as below for your reference.

  1. Make sure that your WhatsApp is the latest version, V2.17.426.
  2. Check the Settings for your phone volume. Is the volume for 'Media' low while the one for 'Calls' is normal?

Download size < 0.08 MB. But also Ad-free, Pure & Accurate enough.
The minimalist app is available on Google Play
Your 5-star is appreciated. Blog:
