I have an Oukitel K6000. Phone calls are fine, but audio voice messages result in a very very low volume for recipient and also in the file left in my device. It happens the same when using WhatsApp calls but no when using WhatsApp video calls. I have uninstalled and reinstalled WhatsApp but these audio problem remain.

Hi have you had software update as that's latest phone and a good one , try clearing cache ,disable then re able in settings

Thanks, Tony. Do you mean Android 6 software update, or you mean any other software? Please, be more specific.
I use to clear cache weekly, but I do not understand what I should disable and then re-enable in settings. I do not see a way to do that for cache.

My WhatsApp version is 2.17.427 and all volumes are at maximum.
