Just received a text from a 8900# with the following text "ESP~9134015481~3522270828239107~A~1~eng~1004~60~0~0~0~999999999999999~5153960960~999999999999999~6463925248~6442450944~999999999999999~throttled1~3601~0~0"
Whats this mean? Is it like a virus?
Wow, I received the EXACT same text (except after ESP it was MY cell phone number)!!! So I'm looking for an answer as well.
Same here. Do you guys have T-Mobile? I wonder if this is a carrier thing.

I think you guys maybe should contact your carriers to clarify the puzzling problem.

I have gotten the EXACT same text, ESP~7134805888~3518560814376510~A~1~eng~1004~60~0~0~0~999999999999999~1717987328~999999999999999~2168957952~2147483648~999999999999999~throttled1~3601~0~0 it is Oct 5th and some people are saying that it might be our carriers, today is the day that I got my high speed data back. Maybe this might be a clue.
I got one this morning as well, also got my high speed back. I'll try to contact T-Mobile anyway to see what they say. Probably a packet that was supposed to be pushed to remove the artificial throttling, which got sent as an sms.

Have the messages stopped for you? I've been receiving them since like 12 last night. Around 13 of those texts now.

Could that text have anything to do with the merger of Sprint and T Mobile?
Just an idea!
