Simple App - User send Image

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if is it possible to get an App which allow users to send images from gallary to me directly in my email without any server stuffs.

Please let me know if any tutorial available.

My requirements are:
User selects few options from list
Add few images
Clicks send and all the details passed on to me in my email.
