Black view 5000 android 6.0 crushes and refuse to switch on further than the starting logo! Before crushing showed on the screen a warning saying launcher error (MIND YOU IS THE LAUNCHER THAT THE PHONE WAS ORIGINALLY SOLD WITH) then the walpaper was turned back to the factory settings walpaper and then almost immidiately died on me. I have tried reviving it by pressing volume up and start button and then run a test control it said everything was ok ... deleted cali and then formatted the divice at the end of the menu was a choice of rebooting ... it goes to the starting logo and freezes! By pressing start button and volume down button I get a choice of recovery boot it does not go any further than the starting logo! the choices fast boot or boot normal the same .... CAN ANYONE HELP ??

Hi Roullis,

It sounds like your Blackview 5000 is stuck in a boot loop. Here are some steps you can try to fix it:

Boot into Recovery Mode: Press and hold the volume up button and the power button simultaneously until the recovery mode menu appears.
Wipe Cache Partition: In the recovery mode menu, use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe Cache Partition" and select it with the power button. This will clear temporary system files without deleting your data.
Factory Reset: If wiping the cache doesn't work, you may need to perform a factory reset. Be aware that this will erase all data on your device. Navigate to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" in the recovery menu and select it.
Reboot System: After performing these steps, select "Reboot System Now" from the recovery menu.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be a hardware problem, and you should consider taking your device to a professional for repair.
