Hello everyone. I bought a doogee x5 max pro like 2 months ago. A few days ago, when it has 60% battery remaining or lower, it turns off like the baterry was 0%. But when I turn it on again, it has the same remaining battery that had before shutting down. I tried calibrating the battery and rebooting the phone, and nothing. What should I do?

Hello, I had the same problem. I've solved it with Avast Battery Saver. The most trouble with battery this phone is finding the mobile signal and wifi. Battery Saver provides diagnostic and offer solutions.

Hello, I got the same problem and ''Avast Battery Saver'' mentioned here in this topics does NOT solve it. However, I removed the battery yesterday for a minute and put it back and from that time, it looks it works now.
Anyways, if the problem starts again, I will try to do a ''hard reset''. It should remove all the apps including possible bugs and restore the factory settings. How to do a hard reset you can easily find on google.
