Problem in my LG Refrigerator

There's a serious problem in my LG Refrigerator, I purchased this in April 2014 and now in Dec 2016 the light inside the Fridge is not working. This light doesn't turns on when the fridge door is opened. Also I lost my bill and other documents. Any help and suggestion are warmly welcomed.

Also I called local mechanic but he said that need to call LG technician. Suggest me how to deal with this. Thanks
