I have a no-carrier Android phone that randomly changes to roaming when still at home. I have been using my 6GB data in 2 days and suffering the rest of the month with crappy bandwidth and buffering. I realize this is primarily a carrier issue, but I wanted to know if the roaming has any affect on my data usage. I have tried to get help from the carrier already. No solution Should I be shopping for a new one?
