A newbie in rooting.

I am a Sony fan, I have a couple Sony tabs, Z4 and Z3, but but I am running out of internal storage on my Sony Z3 Tab. I have now Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.

Not too crazy about the TouchWizz and the Samsung system. If I were to root my Samsung Tablet, can I then put Sony firmware on it?

Thanks,

Obi

Hey Obelicia, welcome to AndroidPIT! :)

No, you will not be able to flash the Sony firmware on a Samsung device, there's simply no way.

You can look around at xda-developers.com if anyone ported a Sony firmware for your device, but I doubt there is any available.

No. If you updated your z4 tablet to 6.0.1 you are no longer allowed to send apps to sd card.
But there is an unofficial way to unlock this. Search online how to use sd card as storage on xperia
