I have been trying everything to figure out why this was happening on my new LG G5.. FINALLY I FOUND THE CULPRIT... Touch ASSIST IN ACCESSABILITY SETTINGS!! Turn off all settings ... Restart and fixed :)

Screen Overlay Detected Problem Solved:
Follow this simple steps to solve Screen Overlay Detected Error In Any Android Device:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Then to Apps
  3. Click on Option
  4. Click on “Draw Over Other Apps” OR “App Can Appear on Top” whichever option available in your device…
  5. Now list of apps whose screen overlay is enabled will appear
    Screen Overlay problem Must be Solved......

Screen overlay still can't find app doing my phone I go safe mode take all out of screen overlay or stop or turn off all in safe mode go to restart alright for awhile but safe mode only lets me do standard app with phone what I doing wrong sick of this new phone lg tribute I'm about to go back my Moto far better phone
