Okay Google offline

Hey everyone! I have been trying to use okay Google for the past week and it keeps saying it is offline. I have checked several forums but cannot find the fix. The phone is only two weeks old. I have a Samsung s7. Tia

I have the Samsung Galaxy S5 and have had it for a couple years now with no problems, but that's because I never allowed any updates, until last Friday when I was multi-tasking and accidentally allowed the update(s) ... now I get the same message as Alyssa Ann ... "Offline - No Network Available. Tried Resetting (not a factory reset), but that did not help. I too would appreciate any tips as to how to get internet access again. Tks much ! Cyn
