No Ring on Incoming WhatsApp Calls

I am not receiving a ring notification from some incoming WhatsApp calls. What do I need to do to adjust my Samsung S5 settings to fix this problem?

Get into the whatsapp settings ( settings ->app->whatsapp) and delete the cache and the information then try again

I continue to periodically have the same problem of not receiving WhatsApp telephone calls. I have deleted all the past messages, cleared the cache, do not have Bluetooth operating, and do not have power saving engaged. The application will work fine for a few weeks, then for some unknown reason it just stops receiving calls. The phone is a Samsung S5. Any recommendations to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem I reinstalled the the app it was that simple.

Look at the notifications settings for your internet app.
WhatsApp is through the internet isn't it?
You might also look at the notification settings for your Google app.

I also had this problem on my iPhone 11. At the beginning, I thought it was resulted by some wrong settings yet after checking, everything is correct. Later I was suggested to use professional ios recovery tools, finally, TunesKit iOS System Recovery saved me.
