My Wi-Fi is working fine, I can get into all my app such as YouTube, Gmail, eBay, effectively anything that sits on my home screen is accessible but if I ask Google to do anything, i.E:
"Ok Google", (ping, Google listens) "Who is Donald Duck, how hot is the sun, who was Copernicus?" etc. I think you get the gist, a message comes up that I have no access to the web or sporadically 'No browser found. (I work with Google).
I have been up and down every conceivable menu, submenu and setting. I have reset all Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Mobile data. I have powered the phone down and back up, I've reset the Wi-Fi router (as you can see my laptop works just lovely, but I can't think of anything else I can do to get Google to bring up the search sites. Btw, entering my requests manually works just the same...not at all. Same screen pops up: 'Not connected to net', or 'No browser found'.
I know this is a bit of a novel, I just hope one of you out there in't tinterweb might have a fix for my problem.
I would be eternally grateful
Many thanks
