App for group grading

Hi guys,

In my photo club we have internal monthly contests. Each member grade all photos (except his/her) in a spreadsheet and then two guys type that in a pc. That takes way too long and is prone to typing mistakes. I am looking fir a solution that would autonate the process eg. everybody types in grades on phone and then all the data are transfered to pc and we have result instantly. Anybody know about such app or suggests other solution?
