If you want to update your phone then wait for the OTA update, its 100% safe or Download the latest firmware from sammobile.com and flash it with MobileOdin.apk(requires root)

It updated the other night to what i have now..checked for updates and waited till i had wifi and im not sure what update was or how it improves phone lol i really am an airhead..not long been using Android as had lumia phone windows before.think i now have marshmallow 6.0.1 whatever that means..phone slow signal with virgin awful took me 45 mins to do a facebook update x

If you think your phone is lagging with the latest update then clear cache and data from recovery this will remove any conflict with the previous version.

This might be the software bug, you have to wait for the next update. Latest updates always have few issues
