Hello all,
My two month old LG K10LTE wont play Whatsapp videos anymore. After downloading a video when I click it to play it does nothing. But when I go to Gallery, locate the video there and play, it plays. And when I come back to Whatsapp and then click on the same video it plays. Later when I download another video its the same story. I have updated all Google Apps, especially Google Photos. I have uninstalled Google Apps and reinstalled them hoping some bug might get fixed but it didn't help. I reset my phone, reinstalled Whatsapp but nothing works.
Can somebody help?
